Our telehealth service is best suited for simple, short consultations — such as medical certificates, prescription repeats, referral requests, and minor illness assessments. For more complex or ongoing health needs, we recommend booking an in-person appointment at your nearest MyFast Clinic, where our GPs can provide a fuller assessment and a broader range of services.
You can book online at any time and receive your consultation by phone, with documents sent directly to you. Please note that telehealth consultations are privately billed, with fees payable on the day. Receipts are provided for private health fund rebates where applicable.
